The Milk Bank is closed 11/28 and 11/29 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The last day to ship orders is Tuesday 11/26. The next day for shipping orders is Monday 12/2 for delivery 12/3. Thank you!

Hospital Discharge Take-Home Packet

Please work with the clinical staff on your unit to coordinate the purchase of a discharge packet. They will assist you with the required prescription and consent.
Packets are limited to 3 packs per newborn.
Show your online receipt to the hospital clinician you are working with, and they will supply you with your purchased milk in a take-home freezer pack.
