Take-Home Pack Products

  • Please work with the clinical staff on your unit to coordinate the purchase of a discharge packet. They will assist you with the required consent.

  • Packets are limited to 3 packs per newborn.

  • Show your online receipt to the hospital clinician you are working with, and they will supply you with your purchased milk in a take-home freezer pack.
