Current Ordering Criteria: Newborns under 2 months or with a medical necessity.

Fulfillment of orders are subject to status of current inventory and hospital demand. Our priority is to service NICUs and babies with a medical necessity. This measure ensures we can meet the needs of the most vulnerable patients. Orders that do not meet the criteria are subject to a refund.

All medical necessity orders need to be reviewed and approved by clinical team. Email getmilk@health.ucsd.edu to inquire for medical need. Please provide a Provider Letter listing diagnosis codes and describing medical need.
