400ml/13.5 oz take-home pack (Providence St Jude Medical Center only)

Each Take-Home pack has 2 bottles of 200ml each. Packs are limited to 2 per child.

Please work with the clinical staff on your unit to coordinate the purchase of a discharge packet. 

Show your online receipt to the hospital clinician you are working with, and they will supply you with your purchased milk in a take-home freezer pack.
